VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are vital to the event. It would be impossible to run without them! If you are interested in volunteering, you are in the right place.  Down below are all of the possible positions.

Stream commentator

The stream commentator would be responsible for ensuring the continued entertainment of the stream, as well as promoting donations and reading them out.

SpeedrunnERS or Couch Members

Speedrunners and couch members are responsible for providing the content shown on the stream! You will speedrun the game of your choice live or comment over someone else doing so as a couch member knowledgable of that game. Applying as a speedrunner does not mean you need couch members, speedrunners can be alone or be their own couch member.

HOSPITALITY AND COMMUNICATIONS

Hospitality and communications volunteers would work hand in hand with the Stream Commentators to  ensure that the stream continues to run on schedule.

HOW TO APPLY

You need to join our Discord server to apply as a volunteer or speedrunner: [discord.gg/cshj8tf5pM]. Once you’re in, head to the #announcements channel to read about our upcoming events, each announcement includes a link that will take you to the appropriate application form. Even if you have contributed to GFH before, you must submit a separate application for every event you wish to participate in. Your participation is greatly appreciated, and all GFH staff thank you for joining us on the ride and having fun with our events! If you have any questions about the admission process, feel free to ask them in the #general channel.
